All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The daily order cut-off time is:

Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
6. Estimated delivery time
Once an order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

The total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is approximately 6 to 10 business days.

The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and logistics optimization.
